About Me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next steps?

I’m Jack Sharp (They/Them), a London-based integrative counsellor, and I provide a supportive, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I offer both in-person sessions in Central London (near Liverpool Street) and online counselling to make therapy accessible and flexible.

I work with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, sexuality, and gender. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I bring a personal understanding of diversity, identity, and inclusivity to my practice.

My Approach
I practice integrative counselling, meaning that I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I draw on techniques from various modalities, including CBT, person-centred, psychodynamic, existential, gestalt, and solution-focused therapies. Together, we’ll find the methods that best support your personal journey toward clarity, healing, and growth.

Inclusivity and Commitment
I work with people from all backgrounds and cultures and am committed to creating a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space. I am trans-affirming, queer-affirming, and anti-racist, ensuring that everyone who comes to therapy feels respected and supported.

Why Counselling?
Counselling is a tool for understanding ourselves, processing challenges, and making meaningful life changes. It can help you build resilience, gain clarity, and feel more confident in your choices. My aim is to guide you in exploring your experiences while fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
